Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.”
Mustard Seed: Mustard seed is a tan leather inspired by Mark 4:31-32 “It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.”
Sapphire: Sapphire is a navy leather inspired by Exodus 24:10 “They saw the God of Israel, and under His feet was something like a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the very heavens.”
Eden: Eden is a forest green leather inspired by Genesis 2:8-9: “The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed. The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”

Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. The Beauty of Natural Leather
We use only premium New Zealand vegetable-tanned leather to create our journals. This traditional, eco-conscious process produces beautifully crafted leather journals with exceptional durability.
Every piece of genuine leather is unique. Unlike synthetic materials, natural leather has its own character, texture and personality — including subtle markings, variations in grain, folds and creases.
These natural features are not imperfections. They are part of what makes leather authentic and are a reflection of the hide’s natural origins. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same, which means your leather piece is truly one of a kind.
You may notice small variations in colour, grain, texture, markings or creasing. These characteristics are completely natural and can become even more beautiful over time as the leather develops its own patina and character. As the marks and patterns of the leather evolve, your journal takes on a character and story of its own, making it a truly personal companion that only gets better with age.
Premium leather is not meant to look perfectly uniform. Its natural markings are part of its quality, authenticity and individuality.
We embrace these variations as a feature of genuine leather — because perfection in leather comes from its natural character, not from looking manufactured.
Designed to last and be refillable for years of writing and journaling, our leather journals are made to be used, loved, and carried with you everyday.

Caring for Your Leather Journal
Your leather journal is designed to be used, loved and enjoyed over time. Like all genuine leather, it will naturally develop its own character as it ages, making your journal uniquely yours.
Keep It Dry
Avoid exposing your journal to excessive moisture, rain or spills. If it does become damp, gently wipe away any moisture with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Keep it away from direct heat, hair dryers and heaters, as these can dry out or damage the leather.
Handle With Care
Leather will naturally soften and develop creases, marks and variations with use. These are part of its character and are not considered flaws. Avoid placing sharp or rough objects against the cover that could scratch or damage the surface.
Keep It Clean
For everyday care, simply wipe the leather gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid household cleaners, alcohol-based products, baby wipes and other harsh chemicals, as they may stain or alter the leather.
Conditioning
Depending on the type of leather, occasional conditioning may help maintain its softness and appearance. Always use a leather conditioner suitable for your specific leather and test it first on a small, discreet area. Too much product can darken or alter the leather.
Store It Well
When not in use, store your journal in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in damp or humid areas.
Embrace the Character
The beauty of genuine leather is that it changes with you. Natural markings, creases, colour variations and small signs of use are all part of the leather's journey. Over time, your journal will develop a beautiful patina and become a reflection of the life it has been part of.
Treat it well, use it often, and let it become uniquely yours.

Leather has been chosen for its durability, timeless appearance and ability to age beautifully over time.
Unlike disposable notebooks or synthetic covers that quickly wear out, premium leather journals develops a rich patina through regular use, giving every journal its own unique character. Every mark and crease becomes part of its story, creating something that's more personal with every season of faith.
A leather journal isn't simply built to last—it's built to become more meaningful the longer you own it.
-
Most journals eventually reach their final page.
When they do, they're often replaced with another notebook, leaving years of memories sitting on a shelf while the process begins again.
Our refillable leather journal system takes a different approach.
Instead of replacing the leather journal itself, you simply replace the inserts inside. Your leather cover remains with you, carrying the history, familiarity and character it has developed over time while allowing you to continue writing for years to come.
It's a simple system designed to reduce waste, preserve what matters most and create a journal that grows alongside your faith.
