How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Personalised journals may require additional preparation time. Where additional time is required, this will be communicated on the relevant product page or after your order has been placed.

During busy periods, holidays or promotional periods, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship within Australia only.

Our standard shipping rate is $16.00 AUD per order.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

What is your return policy? 

If something isn’t quite right, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

If your piece arrives with a genuine fault, we’ll make it right. Because our journals are made from natural leather, each one will have its own unique character. Natural marks, colour variations, grain patterns and growth lines are all part of the beauty of genuine leather and are not considered faults.

As each piece is made with care and chosen for its individual character, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If you’re unsure about anything before placing your order, please reach out — we’re always happy to help you choose the right piece.
